Click & Forget Clip In Beads
Clip-in beads are also fully available on our Aluna range of bifold systems. Our clip in bead is unique in that when installed with our market leading Aluna profile, installers benefit from both flexibility and ease of installation, dramatically reducing the time of install per pane.
What sets our new bead design apart is the confidence in the sound it makes as it is installed. Simply click it into place without the need for tools or any excessive force where traditionally, glazing would require a time-consuming wedge gasket.
Lever Lever Locks
Our PAS24 (2022) accredited Lever Lever Lock System enables the ultimate symmetrical, premium, sleek finish to your fabricated door. It's unique locking option can be installed within our super slim sash creating an aesthetically pleasing finish to the door design.
Gone are the lever and opposing slave door handle and in there place is a uniform mirrored aesthetic with dual handles. To upgrade to Lever Lever no additional gaskets or profiles are required.
Colours
Offering a perfect colour match with our Aluna French and bifolding doors, the standard colours that we have in stock are Grey 7016 (Matte), Black 9005 (Matte), White 9016 (Gloss), Grey 7016 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Black 9005 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Textured Grey 7016 and Mill Finish.
Available in single or dual colours, the Aluna glazed door system is factory powder coated to marine quality as per Qualicoat regulations. The Aluna glazed door system can also be made available in any RAL colour upon request.
Door Restrictor
Enhance the operation of the Aluna French door with a 90 degree door restrictor. This prevents the door from opening more than 90 degrees, if it was to get caught in the wind for example. The arm can also be easily detached to allow full opening of the door. The restrictor is easy to install and can be retrofitted on site.
Unique Universal Lock Keep
Designed exclusively for us by experienced product developers, with the fabricator in mind, our universal lock keep is suitable for both left and right hand sides of the doors, making it easier to order, stock and fabricate! It takes away the headache of having to stock both left-hand and right-hand lock keeps and alleviates the potential for error at the fabrication stage.
It can be easily adjusted with an allen key and requires just one type of screw with plastic alignment packers for ease of fitting. The wider faceplate gives increased strength, with diecast back boxes for hooks and centre deadbolt. The reduced hook box depth means no confliction with the intermediate lock configuration.

Thresholds & Cills
Universal Aluminium Cills
Our range of universal aluminium cills with pre-drilled screw ports are compatible with most other door and window systems, as well as with our Aluna French, bifold, and single glazed doors. Their main benefits are directing water away from brickwork while also offering an additional design element to the aesthetics of the door or window.
Our aluminium cill is more robust than PVC alternatives and comes complete with plastic push-in colour matched end caps, in our standard stock colours, for a secure and sleek finish. Cill sizes are 90mm, 150mm, 190mm and 230mm
Standard Threshold
The standard threshold (55mm) acts as a full weather break, keeping the property dry and warm regardless of outside elements. Recommended for external French doors.
Integrated Cill & Threshold
Our integrated cill and threshold profile provides full weather rating on our lowest threshold and maximises the overall sash height of the door leaf. For ease of fabrication, the profile already has pre-drilled drainage slots along the inside face.
Low Threshold
Our low threshold (20mm) creates a seamless looks from the inside to the outside of the door. Lower thresholds provide less weather protection than the standard option, however they minimise trip hazards and so are more suited for those with mobility issues or small children.
Low Threshold with Rebate
A 20mm rebate can be attached to our low threshold, making it only slightly higher at 40mm. The lip of the rebate gives extra weather protection against the elements.
Low Threshold with Ramps
When a threshold can’t be sunk below floor level and accessibility is required, a ramp can be added either side of the low threshold as an optional extra.

Combined with the AluLock, the Aluna bifold system is the ultimate security kit. The stylish but secure Sweet Handle is designed to prevent gripping tools from snapping the handle during a break in. The Ultion Technology 3-star barrel also provides double the sacrificial protection, including an anti lock pin and 20-point drill protection as standard. If attacked, the barrel enters lockdown mode, meaning the lock is practically impenetrable without heavy and noisy power tools.

Our French door systems are available in three standard colours – White (RAL9016), Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) and Black (RAL9005). Additionally, we have dual colour options available – Grey Out/ White In or Black Out/ White In. For projects requiring bespoke colours, any RAL colour can is also available upon request.
Our Aluna French door system is available with aluminium cills, pre-drilled screw ports and plastic push-in colour matched end caps in our standard stock colours. The cill size options also include 90mm, 150mm, 190mm and 230mm.
The Aluna French door system offers a market-leading maximum sash size of up to 1200mm x 3000mm.
The Aluna French door system has a range of additional extras. For increased security, the Duplex Double Hook Lock provides a 6-point locking system instead of 3-hook. Other optional extras include Low Threshold (20mm), Low Threshold with Rebate (20mm Rebate- making it 40mm) and Low Threshold with Ramps. For the ultimate wow factor, a floating corner post can also be added, enabling right-angled Aluna French doors to open out fully, with the option of a fixed corner.
